Every place with a listing page holds this one. It shows the place is listed here after we checked it against the other places it appears online, and that its badge is real.

A Google rating of 4.7 or higher on 25 or more reviews.

Highly Rated 2026
A Google rating of 4.5 or higher on 10 or more reviews. A place that clears the Top Rated bar gets that one instead.

Best in the City 2026
One per city. We take every rated place in the city with 10 or more reviews, and the city needs at least 8 of them. Each rating is weighted by how many reviews stand behind it, so a 5.0 on a dozen reviews does not beat a 4.8 on a few hundred. The highest weighted rating wins.

Most Reviewed 2026
One per city. The place with the most Google reviews, when it has 25 or more and the city has at least 5 rated places. A tie for first gives no award.

Why Google Alone
Google rates nearly every place we list, and it is the rating shown first on each listing. We never average it with Yelp or Facebook, the same rule the rest of the site holds. So an award reads one platform only, and the listing still shows the others side by side.
How We Keep It Fair
- An award comes only from the rating and review count shown on the listing. We never round a rating up.
- Nobody can pay for a badge, and there is no advertising on this site.
- Each badge is good for 2026. We check the numbers again for the next year.
- Every badge links to a check page that shows who holds it and why.
- An award is not medical advice and not a referral. Talk to your doctor about your care.
- Owners can copy their badge from the Get Your Badge box on their listing. The link is nofollow unless the owner chooses a followed link.
